At Digitizer, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Marketing Services
Digital marketing services begin immediately after project approval. Because work starts upon engagement, completed work and time already invested are generally non-refundable.
Website Design & Development
Refund requests may be considered only before design or development work has commenced.
Once work has started, refunds may be issued only at Digitizer’s sole discretion based on completed milestones.
Monthly Services
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle clients to refunds for services already delivered.
Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice.
Outstanding balances for completed work remain payable.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed work
- Approved deliverables
- Third-party software licenses
- Advertising spend
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Custom development already completed
